We are seeking Tendering Specialists with experience in the Saudi market to join our project execution network. This part-time role is based in Riyadh and is ideal for freelancers and professionals looking for continuous project-based opportunities.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Tendering Specialist will be instrumental in supporting the preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals for tenders issued by governmental, semi-governmental, and private sector entities across Saudi Arabia. The primary objective is to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submission of all tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop comprehensive technical and financial proposal documents for tenders and bids.
• Thoroughly review tender requirements, scope of work, and submission conditions.
• Compile and prepare all necessary submission documents, ensuring strict adherence to client requirements.
• Develop accurate pricing sheets and all required technical and commercial attachments.
• Organize and submit tender files in a professional manner, meeting all specified deadlines.
• Follow up on any clarifications or updates related to tenders as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous practical experience in preparing tenders and proposals specifically within the Saudi market.
• A solid understanding of procurement and tendering procedures as practiced in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare professional technical and financial proposals.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective deadline management skills.
• The capacity to execute projects independently and meet all project requirements.
• Experience level: 0-1 year.
