The Role: Transport Coordinator [Supply Chain]

Almarai is seeking a Transport Coordinator [Supply Chain] to join its team in Al Kharj, Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of fresh, UHT/Foods, and milk products from operating hubs to their correct destinations, complete with accurate documentation. The Transport Coordinator will contribute to achieving departmental objectives within the supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the timely dispatch of fresh, UHT/Foods, and milk products according to daily and weekly plans.
Verify that products are dispatched to the correct destinations.
Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and complete.
Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives within the operating hubs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Recognized computer qualification or a High School Graduate diploma.
3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize multiple activities concurrently.
Proficiency in English communication, including report writing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
