We are currently seeking a skilled Unified Communication Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Unified Communication Engineer Role

This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience. The Unified Communication Engineer will be responsible for implementing and supporting AVAYA Aura solutions, Cisco unified communications, and Session Border Controllers. This position involves direct client engagement to resolve complex technical issues, manage change requests, and oversee project implementation and support phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support AVAYA Aura solutions.
• Implement and support Cisco unified communications systems.
• Implement and support Session Border Controllers.
• Work closely with clients to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Apply and manage change requests according to project requirements.
• Manage the implementation and support phases of assigned projects.

Required Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Proven experience working with unified communication and call center systems.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, **, DHCP, and DNS.
• Strong knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies.
• Technical Certifications from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, or similar vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders.

Desired Experience

• Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments.
• Prior experience with contact center solutions.
