About the Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a User Experience Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to enhancing the digital customer experience and ensuring optimal usability across the company's digital platforms.

Role Overview

The User Experience Designer will continuously analyze and review the digital customer experience, ensuring optimal usability and seamless user journeys. This position involves evaluating and optimizing User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) across various digital channels, working in close collaboration with product management and engineering teams to implement enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review the digital customer experience continuously to ensure optimal usability and seamless user journeys.
• Evaluate and optimize User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) across the platform’s digital channels.
• Conduct user research, map customer journeys, and measure key performance metrics related to digital satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to implement UI/UX enhancements and integrate user feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design or an equivalent field such as Information Technology, UI/UX Design, or Digital Product Management.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in a User Experience design role or a related field.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a collaborative team environment focused on digital innovation.
