About the Role

SIHAMCO is seeking Seasonal Ushers to join their team in Riyadh. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional guest experience at The Groves, a premier lifestyle and entertainment destination. As a key point of contact, the Usher will represent the venue by providing genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service to thousands of guests seeking memorable experiences. This is a full-time, seasonal position running from 1 October 2026 to 10 March 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable welcome to every guest, establishing a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with entry procedures, ticket validation, and front desk ticket sales.
• Provide accurate information regarding attractions, dining venues, entertainment experiences, facilities, and event schedules.
• Guide guests throughout the venue, ensuring smooth movement and high-quality customer service.
• Manage queues efficiently while maintaining a calm, organised, and welcoming environment.
• Monitor access to designated areas and ensure entry protocols are consistently followed.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance to enhance the overall visitor experience.
• Observe guest activity and promptly report incidents, concerns, or operational issues to supervisors.
• Support venue safety procedures and respond professionally during emergencies or evacuations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation within assigned areas.
• Uphold premium hospitality standards by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with colleagues across operations, security, guest services, and event teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi Nationals only.
• Previous experience as an Usher at high-profile events is required.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with crowd management.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, seasonal role based in Riyadh. The position involves working within The Groves, a distinguished seasonal venue known for its lifestyle and entertainment offerings. The role requires active participation in guest services and operational support across various event schedules.
