The Vibe Coding Coop Program

This internship program provides hands-on experience in software development within a fintech context. Participants will engage directly with core platform development and internal tool creation, leveraging modern AI coding assistants to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. The program is designed for individuals seeking practical exposure to real-world coding challenges and collaborative development workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop a new internal Operations application end-to-end, from specification to deployment, utilizing AI coding assistants such as Claude Code.
• Design and implement multi-step AI agents (agent loops) with tool access to automate recurring manual operational or support tasks.
• Contribute to the core platform by shipping real features, subject to review by senior engineers before merging.
• Create automation scripts to eliminate manual effort in reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting processes.

Technical Engagement and Documentation

• Operate within the actual codebase, adhering to standard Git and Pull Request (PR) workflows, where every change undergoes review.
• Document system architecture, prompt/agent configurations, and provide handover notes to ensure the maintainability of developed tools post-internship.

Program Requirements

This program is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience in a relevant field. It is structured as an internship, offering a foundational experience in fintech software development.
