About the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program

Marriott International offers the Voyage Global Leadership Development Program, a full-time, paid initiative designed for recent university graduates. This program provides a mentored, learning-inspired journey to prepare participants for a successful career within the company. As an associate and trainee, individuals will build upon their academic skills through real-world assignments.

Program Structure and Experience

Voyage is an award-winning program that combines hands-on, discipline-specific training with a leadership-focused curriculum. The program takes place at a Marriott International managed hotel, not in a classroom setting, and is offered in over 50 countries. Participants are expected to demonstrate proactivity, open communication, and teamwork. The individual Voyage journey spans 12-18 months, depending on career interests, passions, goals, and location. Participants will be immersed in Marriott's culture and global brand portfolio.

Upon graduation, participants will be prepared for Marriott supervisory or entry-level management roles, having established a foundation for future leadership.
