About the Role

Sisco is seeking a Warehouse Executive – Raw Materials to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is within the Feed Industry and requires a professional with hands-on experience in raw material warehouse operations.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for the efficient management of raw materials within the warehouse, ensuring proper receiving, storage, handling, and issuance. This role is critical for maintaining accurate inventory and supporting feed production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day receiving, storage, handling, and issuance of raw materials within warehouse operations.
• Verify incoming raw materials against relevant receiving and inventory documentation.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support regular physical inventory verification.
• Organize raw materials systematically to enable safe storage, identification, traceability, and efficient movement.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability for feed production requirements.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and applicable inventory-control procedures according to material requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and other relevant teams regarding raw-material movements and stock status.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, material-handling discipline, documentation, and operational standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in raw material warehouse operations.
• Compulsory previous experience in Feed Mills / Feed Industry.
• Practical exposure to raw-material warehouse operations is required.
