About the Role

Al Futtaim Group, through Al-Futtaim Automotive and FAMCO KSA, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Picker to join our Parts Department in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations, ensuring timely and correct preparation of parts for delivery.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Warehouse Picker plays a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of the parts warehouse. This involves accurately picking, preparing, and staging parts, while consistently upholding high standards of stock accuracy, safety, and overall operational efficiency. The successful candidate will contribute directly to customer satisfaction through precise order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick parts and products from inventory based on customer orders and warehouse requirements.
• Ensure the correct quantity, size, and product type are selected before packing and staging items.
• Support daily picking targets by working efficiently, accurately, and safely.
• Maintain accurate stock records by properly documenting picked items and contributing to overall inventory accuracy.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the wider warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• An Engineering graduate, diploma holder, or a qualification in a relevant technical field is required.

Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations is essential.
• Experience within an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Prior experience with Commercial Vehicles or Construction Equipment will be highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory handling, and maintaining stock accuracy.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates within a dynamic warehouse environment as part of the Parts Department. It is a full-time position requiring consistent dedication to operational excellence and teamwork.
