About Longevity Wellness Hub

Longevity Wellness Hub is seeking a Wellness Experience Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to contribute to a client-focused wellness environment. The position extends beyond traditional front-of-house duties, focusing on comprehensive client support and engagement within our Hub.

The Wellness Experience Associate Role

As a Wellness Experience Associate, you will be a primary point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience from their first interaction. This role involves developing practical skills and knowledge across various wellness technologies and modalities offered at the Hub. We are looking for a curious, hardworking, and positive individual with a genuine desire for professional growth in the wellness sector.

Core Responsibilities

Welcome and support clients throughout their visit to the Hub.
Manage front-of-house operations with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
Acquire knowledge of the purpose, protocols, and client journey for all wellness modalities and technologies.
Assist clients through appropriate modalities, adhering to internal training and protocols.
Develop the ability to clearly explain services and guide clients through their experience.
Support bookings, client communication, membership management, and daily operational tasks.
Maintain high standards across the client environment.
Collaborate closely with the wider wellness, performance, and management teams.
Continuously enhance knowledge of wellness, recovery, and longevity practices.
Contribute to overall team success by assisting where needed.
