Role Overview

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking a WMS Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for the effective management and continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring robust operational support and system integrity.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the daily administration and operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Provide essential technical support for the WMS, addressing user queries and system functionalities.
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance of the WMS to uphold system performance and reliability.

System Optimization and User Enablement

The WMS Supervisor is responsible for leading training initiatives to enhance user proficiency and system adoption. This includes actively troubleshooting system issues to minimize disruptions and managing the seamless integration of the WMS with existing IT infrastructure to support overall business operations.

Driving Operational Excellence

A primary objective of this role is to drive operational efficiency and ensure data accuracy within the warehouse environment. The Supervisor will continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize WMS performance and contribute to overall operational effectiveness.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

This role requires strong collaborative skills, involving regular interaction with cross-functional teams to align WMS capabilities with departmental needs. Additionally, the Supervisor will collaborate with clients to ensure the system effectively supports their requirements and contributes to service delivery.

Candidate Profile and Work Setting
