About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking an Attraction Assistant Manager for its operations in Taif, Makkah Province. This full-time role involves leading the daily operations of an offering within the Attractions department, ensuring smooth and efficient execution while upholding high guest service standards. The Assistant Manager will manage procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning, focusing on operational compliance, safety, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies for the offering, aligning with the overall Attractions department strategy.
Collaborate with the Attractions General Manager to assess future needs, including new offerings and enhancements, translating them into actionable plans.
Conduct market analysis to inform business plans, identifying trends and opportunities for revenue and guest engagement.
Oversee the procurement process for goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing.
Manage inventory control, including receiving, tracking levels, and maintaining accurate records to prevent shortages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
Oversee the budgeting process, monitor expenditure, and provide regular financial reports to the Attractions General Manager.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with SEVEN’s standards and regulations.
Lead risk management initiatives and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Direct the recruitment, training, and performance management of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff schedules, and manage inventory levels to meet demands.
Manage the financial performance of the attraction, control costs, and prepare detailed financial reports.
Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and maintain efficient scheduling systems for staff, attractions, and events.
Lead efforts to ensure positive guest interactions, address complaints, and monitor feedback to improve guest experience.
Adhere to Service Level Standards (SLS).

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead daily operations within an attractions or entertainment environment.
Experience in managing procurement, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling.
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
Strong understanding of operational compliance, safety standards, and financial management.

Working Relationships

The Attraction Assistant Manager will interact with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and operational success.

Internal: Attractions Manager, Operations team, Finance Department, HR Department.
External: Suppliers and Vendors, External Partners, Local Authorities.
