Guest Service Associate

About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide professional guest services in airport lounges across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Taif, Makkah, and involves ensuring a positive guest experience through courteous, efficient, and responsive service, while supporting lounge operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in procedures and ensure adherence to lounge admission guidelines.
• Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at lounge entrances and reception areas.
• Assist guests with internet access, baggage arrangements, shower access, and nap room bookings.
• Conduct regular checks of all lounge areas and report any maintenance or cleaning requirements.
• Promote lounge services and facilities, handling guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Manage lost and found items and maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle confidential guest information with integrity and discretion.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and take appropriate immediate actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of cash flows, receipts, and related documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor in line with operational requirements.

Operational Scope

The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing professional guest services in airport lounges, ensuring compliance with company standards and admission procedures. This includes supporting lounge operations through accurate handling of guest records, cash transactions, and operational checks to maintain a high standard of service.

This is a full-time position based in the airport lounges located in Taif, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working within a dynamic airport environment, focusing on guest interaction and operational support to enhance the travel experience.
