About the Role: HRBP Manager

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking an HRBP Manager to join its team in Taif, Makkah Province. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive HR support to the operations team within an assigned complex, acting as a crucial link between HR functions and business units. The HRBP Manager will focus on aligning HR practices with business objectives, addressing workforce needs, and implementing initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to the General Manager on HR matters, offering guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Support the General Manager in identifying HR solutions that align with business goals and enhance performance.
• Regularly assess business needs and adapt HR strategies to support evolving priorities within the region.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, grievances, and other issues consistently and fairly.
• Implement engagement programs tailored to regional workforce needs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct pulse checks and engagement surveys to gather feedback and address workforce concerns.
• Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, high-potential identification, and career development.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to identify training needs and implement programs that build workforce capabilities.
• Implement change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, cultural shifts, and process improvements, in alignment with SEVEN’s overall HR and business objectives.
• Monitor the impact of change initiatives on the workforce and make adjustments as needed.
• Utilize HR metrics to analyze workforce trends, employee turnover, and other key indicators within the region.
• Prepare reports for management, summarizing HR data and providing insights for decision-making.
• Research and adopt best practices in HR business partnership to maintain competitive and effective HR support.

Managerial Accountabilities

• Act as SEVEN’s representative with local entities and enterprises to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Comply with the approved budget for the assigned unit to ensure appropriate utilization of financial resources.
• Supervise the complex’s budget utilization across all related functions to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Monitor operational activities within the function to ensure compliance with Entertainment Operations policies and procedures.
• Lead the complex’s Human Resources day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with approved SEVEN policies and procedures.
• Provide subordinates with support, guidance, ongoing feedback, and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Conduct annual appraisal evaluations in compliance with HR policies and procedures to ensure fair assessment of subordinates’ performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, specifically in an HR Business Partner role.
• Demonstrated ability to align HR practices with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Experience in managing employee relations, talent management, and change management initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Taif, Makkah Province, within the SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) organization. The role requires active engagement with operational teams and stakeholders within the assigned complex.
