Attraction Manager

About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking an Attraction Manager for a full-time position in Taif, Makkah Province. This role is responsible for leading the daily operations of an attraction within the Attractions department, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and high guest service standards. The Attraction Manager will oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning, while ensuring operational compliance, safety, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the attraction, aligning with the overall departmental strategy.
• Collaborate with the Attractions General Manager to assess future needs, including new offerings and enhancements.
• Conduct market analysis to inform business plans and identify opportunities for revenue and guest engagement.
• Oversee the procurement process for goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing.
• Manage inventory control, including receiving, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee the budgeting process, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial reports.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with SEVEN’s standards and regulations.
• Lead risk management initiatives and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Direct the recruitment, training, and performance management of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff schedules, and manage inventory levels.
• Manage the financial performance of the attraction, ensuring revenue targets are met and costs are controlled.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead efforts to ensure positive guest interactions, address complaints, and continuously improve the guest experience.

Managerial Accountabilities

This role involves strategic planning, business planning, and stakeholder relations. The Attraction Manager will set and review long-term plans aligned with SEVEN’s strategy, identify process improvements, and explore new opportunities to enhance offerings and reduce costs. The manager will also represent the attraction in cross-functional meetings and engage with external partners to secure resources.

Functional Accountabilities

Key functional responsibilities include daily operations management, financial management, optimization, and innovation. The role requires developing and maintaining efficient scheduling systems, working with HR for staffing, and monitoring resource allocation to ensure operations remain within budget and staffing plans. The manager will also stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive and innovative operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 5kg.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Taif, Makkah Province. The role requires leading a team and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of the attraction.
