About Jazeera Paints

Jazeera Paints is a leading company seeking a dedicated GR Officer to join its team in Taif. This full-time position is integral to managing government relations and ensuring the company's compliance with local regulations and administrative requirements.

The Role of GR Officer

The GR Officer will serve as a key liaison between Jazeera Paints and various government entities. This role involves facilitating a wide range of official transactions, managing permits, and maintaining effective relationships to support the company's operational needs and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all necessary transactions with the Labor Office for all company employees.
Support visa processing by submitting applications to immigration and labor offices for KSA employment visas, renewal/transfer visas, and all other visa types.
Handle the issuance and renewal of municipal licenses and civil defense permits.
Process visitor visas for the company and manage any other transactions related to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Renew and issue vehicle registrations for the company through the traffic department.
Address and resolve all issues related to the police department.
Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Government Relations and Compliance

A core function of this role is to build and sustain professional relationships with government bodies, ensuring the company's operations align with regulatory frameworks.

Maintain effective relationships with government entities such as Jawazat (Muqeem), the Chamber of Commerce, and the Ministry of Labor website.
Manage the renewal of subscriptions in the Chamber of Commerce.

Reporting and Operational Standards

The GR Officer is responsible for transparent reporting and adhering to established operational guidelines, including safety and environmental protocols.

Submit periodic reports on progress and any encountered issues to the direct manager.
Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
