Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Taif. This full-time role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining showroom operational standards.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for managing the customer journey from initial contact through post-sales support. This includes coordinating with showroom staff, maintaining showroom organization, and adhering to company policies and sales objectives. The role also involves managing inventory and reporting to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer reception and maintain a high level of service within the showroom.
• Address customer needs, facilitate product delivery, and offer pre- and post-sales support.
• Guide customers through product introductions, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with color and product coordination.
• Coordinate with showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure accurate invoice issuance and timely goods delivery.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure the availability of all marketing materials, such as brochures and catalogs.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Commit to management goals and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Manage stock levels, particularly for fast-moving items, by adhering to minimum and maximum stock policies for warehouse orders.
• Implement the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy and procedure to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required.
• Deposit all daily sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Offer ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Taif, requiring active engagement within the showroom environment and coordination with various internal teams.
