About the Role

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking a Store Keeper to join its team in Taif. This full-time position is crucial for coordinating the inventory control process within the assigned depot, serving as the warehouse focal point. The role ensures that all sales orders and returns are managed efficiently and in strict adherence to established Operational Excellence Standards, Policies, and Procedures.

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement the daily shift plan in accordance with depot requirements, delegating and prioritizing duties to achieve objectives.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies as they arise during operations.
  • Ensure all incoming goods are received according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee accurate and timely picking of all orders.
  • Maintain all electronic and paper records correctly and comprehensively.
  • Process all required administration and documents related to issuing, receiving, and returns as per company policy.
  • Monitor the issuing of all products, ensuring adherence to release dates and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of Sales Vans in line with planning to ensure timely product availability for customers.
  • Dispose of wasted products and record waste in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the Operations Manager and Supervisor.

Inventory and Storage Management

  • Ensure continuous stock integrity, maintain adequate record-keeping, and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and control inventory.
  • Ensure goods are stored correctly in predefined locations, with appropriate coding, labeling, and storage conditions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
  • Uphold company standards related to Housekeeping, Hygiene, Health & Safety (H&S), and Food Safety.
  • Ensure all SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) regulations and procedures are applied for store keeping.

Work Environment and Conditions

The role requires willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments, including freezers and chillers. Candidates should also be prepared for a flexible working hours environment, particularly during holiday periods.
