Eram Talent is seeking a Drilling Rig Foreman to join a client's Unconventional Resources Drilling Department (URDD) in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This full-time position is critical for overseeing land drilling and workover operations on deep and complex wells.

Role Overview

The Drilling Rig Foreman will supervise field operations of land Drilling and Workover rigs engaged in programmed work on deep or otherwise critical wells, typically ranging from 18,000 to 23,000 feet. This role involves direct oversight of contract rig operations, ensuring work is performed safely and acceptably while meeting all contract obligations. The Foreman administers contracts on-site, serves as the primary liaison between the company and the contractor, and coordinates deliveries of well materials and equipment to ensure availability as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all rig personnel and service providers comply with Saudi Aramco safety standards and requirements.
• Supervise and oversee all drilling and remedial operations performed on wells.
• Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials to the well to ensure availability when required.
• Ensure that the contractor meets all requirements of their contract.
• Work with Drilling and Workover engineers to ensure modern drilling practices are followed.
• Approve contractor daily tour reports.
• Ensure that contractor rig and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Superintendent.
• Ensure that Saudi Aramco Blowout Prevention Standards are met in all respects, including equipment configuration, testing, and crew response, and assure rig and personnel comply with Saudi Aramco established safety standards and procedures.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position requires a willingness to work in remote locations and reside in mobile camps. The work schedule operates on a 28/28 rotational basis.

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role demands strong supervisory capabilities and a commitment to maintaining high safety and operational standards within a dynamic drilling environment.
