About the Role

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare is seeking a Business Improvement Consultant to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This full-time position involves leading enterprise-wide initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency and driving transformational change to support sustained business growth and competitive advantage.

Role Overview

The Business Improvement Consultant will act as a strategist, developing sophisticated processes aligned with organizational goals. This role requires leading cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, utilizing data-driven analysis to recommend innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities for process enhancements aligned with long-term objectives.
  • Develop and recommend process improvement strategies based on data-driven analysis.
  • Mentor cross-departmental teams in identifying, analyzing, and solving complex business process issues.
  • Conduct advanced process analyses to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
  • Establish and promote best practices in process management throughout the organization.
  • Direct change management processes for the seamless implementation of new processes.
  • Lead ongoing benchmarking studies to compare process performance against industry leaders.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 16 years of experience in business improvement, continuous quality initiatives, and/or project management, preferably within a healthcare setting.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or any healthcare science/allied health field.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Quality, Clinical, Allied Health, Administration, Business, Data, or another related healthcare, science, or management discipline.

Required Professional Certifications:

  • Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
  • Certified Professional in Project Management Professional (PMP)

Preferred: Additional Quality-related certifications (*, Lean Six Sigma, Just Culture, etc.).

Core Competencies

The role requires strong competencies in Project Management, Working Across Organizational Lines, and Process Improvement. Core competencies include demonstrating Excellence, Integrity, Accountability, Cybersecurity awareness, and Person-Centered Care principles in both clinical and non-clinical contexts.
