King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals is seeking a Lecturer in Mathematics to join the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. This full-time position is based in Dhahran and is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will contribute to the department's academic mission through teaching and research. This role requires a commitment of approximately 35-40 hours per week for professional duties, supporting the academic functions of the university.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting teaching activities within the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
• Engaging in research activities.
• Providing academic advising to students.
• Performing administrative duties as assigned.
• Undertaking any other academic duties as directed by the department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• An earned Master’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant field.
• Completion of a full-time Master’s degree program with very good grades.
• Certificate equivalency is required if the degree was obtained from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The medium of instruction at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals is English.

Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience for this role.
