A leading cybersecurity and digital transformation organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an OT Security Senior Consultant. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The company, supported by energy and digital sector leaders, provides advanced cybersecurity advisory, threat intelligence, and managed defence solutions to protect critical national infrastructure and industrial assets within the Kingdom.

Role Overview

As an OT Security Senior Consultant, you will join the operational technology team to provide expert advisory services, threat mitigation strategies, and strategic security architectures. Your primary focus will be on safeguarding critical industrial control environments across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end OT cybersecurity consulting projects, including vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure.
• Assess client OT security programs, encompassing policies, standards, and procedures, and provide recommendations for alignment with international frameworks and local regulations.
• Conduct network architecture reviews, perform risk assessments, and lead penetration testing engagements across manufacturing and industrial facilities.
• Design and implement security controls to protect SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems, and lead response efforts during OT security incidents.
• Advise key stakeholders by translating complex OT security concepts into actionable strategies and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Mentor and share technical expertise with junior cybersecurity talent to develop future capabilities in the field.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in OT cybersecurity or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex cybersecurity consulting projects.
• Experience with vulnerability assessments, risk mitigation, and security architecture design for industrial control environments.
• Proficiency in assessing OT security programs against international frameworks and local regulations.
• Experience with SCADA, DCS, and PLC system security, including incident response.
