About the Role

Wisayah Investment Company is seeking a Senior Investment Risk Performance & Automation Analyst to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting the delivery of investment performance analytics, risk monitoring, automation initiatives, and management reporting across both public and private market portfolios. The analyst will contribute to enhancing analytical capabilities, improving reporting processes, developing automation solutions, and facilitating data-driven investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Support investment performance measurement, attribution analysis, and reporting across various asset classes.
Validate, reconcile, and maintain investment performance and risk data integrity.
Assist in the preparation of investment reports for management, committee, and board-level presentations.
Support investment risk monitoring activities for public and private market portfolios.
Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and analytical tools utilizing Python, Excel, Power BI, and related technologies.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Support data governance frameworks, reporting standards, and process documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting, analytics, and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
CFA, CIPM, actuarial qualifications, or related certifications are considered an advantage.

Experience and Technical Skills

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in investment performance, investment analytics, risk analytics, performance reporting, or related functions.
Experience within an asset management firm, pension fund, investment firm, sovereign wealth fund, broker, or other institutional investment organization is strongly preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated knowledge of investment performance measurement, risk analytics, and reporting methodologies.

This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, within Wisayah Investment Company. The role involves working with diverse public and private market portfolios, contributing to a dynamic investment environment focused on analytical excellence and operational efficiency.
