Senior Systems Engineers

About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Air Warfare Centre (AWC) project in Dhahran. This full-time role involves supporting the Engineering Manager – AWC in maintaining engineering governance, strategies, plans, processes, and procedures. The position ensures compliance with BAE Systems Corporate requirements, as well as Customer, Legislative, Regulatory, and Standard requirements for the AWC project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Engineering Requirements in accordance with local policy.
• Undertake Governance and Assurance activities for the AWC project.
• Support the development, installation, commissioning, and subsequent service management of the AWC project.
• Generate and maintain Engineering Requirements, Governance, and Assurance activities in line with the Engineering & Maintenance Functional Governance Manual for the AWC project.
• Undertake requirements capture, means of compliance, and closure strategy for the AWC project.
• Manage effective configuration and change management of requirements and acceptance activities for the AWC project.
• Act as a key contributor to assurance activities within the Engineering & Maintenance function.
• Contribute to defining effective through-life support solutions for the AWC project.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within SBDCP and with key customer contacts, as well as internal and external suppliers.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or a related field.
