About the Role

Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (Butchery) to join their team in Al Ula. This full-time position involves supporting kitchen operations by focusing on the preparation and handling of meat and poultry, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, trim, cut, and portion meat and poultry according to established standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all meat products.
• Maintain consistent quality and portion standards for all butchery items.
• Support the kitchen team effectively during daily operations and service periods.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the butchery area.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of all butchery equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, with a preference for experience in butchery.
• Good knowledge of various meat and poultry preparation techniques.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Required Skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
