Join Amazon as an Operations Executive!
Do you want to be part of a newly formed organization that is designing and launching new business models across AMET? If so, Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily End To End UTR Operations for large or small sites.
- Ensure customer metrics, operational and quality targets are met while maintaining team morale.
- Drive performance management for team members including training and development plans.
- Perform regular audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Stand in for the Area Manager as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
