About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for a full-time position in Al Qassim. This role is central to providing excellent customer reception and maintaining a high standard of service within the showroom. The representative will be responsible for meeting customer needs, ensuring proper goods delivery, and offering comprehensive customer service both before and after sales.

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Engage with customers from their entry into the showroom until their orders are successfully secured.
• Introduce company products and assist customers in coordinating colors and products to meet their specific requirements.
• Calculate quantities, issue invoices, and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of goods.
• Achieve established sales targets in line with the sales plan.
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and current stock levels.
• Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving inventory items.
• Contribute helpful ideas and suggestions to develop and enhance the sales process and overall value.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Maintain the showroom in an organized and clean condition at all times.
• Ensure that all marketing tools, including brochures and catalogues, are readily available for customers.
• Secure an adequate stock of all items, particularly fast-moving products, to effectively serve customer demand.
• Apply the company policy for placing orders from warehouses based on minimum and maximum stock levels for each item.
• Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent the accumulation of dead stock.
• Ensure the proper arrangement of goods in warehouses according to established warehouse policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Reporting and Operational Compliance

• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required.
• Adhere to the daily deposit of any sales cash amount into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports concerning competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Implement all company policies and instructions.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.

Team Collaboration and Performance

• Coordinate effectively with all showroom personnel, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Responsible for maintaining overall order and discipline within the showroom environment.
• Commit to accomplishing and achieving management goals and objectives.
• Implement the required key performance indicators (KPIs) for the role.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
