About the Opportunity

Work Force Nexus is seeking a Sign Production & Installation Specialist to join their team in Al Qassim, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for a professional who excels in manufacturing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of indoor and outdoor signage. The role requires 2-5 years of hands-on experience, with compensation being competitive and based on qualifications.

Role Overview

The specialist will be responsible for bringing creative designs to life, managing projects from initial production through to final installation. This involves applying various installation techniques and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables, ensuring precision and durability in every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and install diverse types of indoor and outdoor signage.
• Prepare substrates and surfaces for vinyl application and graphics installation.
• Accurately apply vinyl graphics according to production specifications.
• Mount and laminate printed graphics while adhering to quality standards.
• Install various signage types, including ACP/Aluminium Cladding, 3D Channel Letters, Acrylic & Metal Letters, Large Vinyl Graphics, Banners, Post & Panel Signs, Wayfinding & Directional Signage, Concrete Bases, and Sign Frames.
• Operate power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret production drawings and installation instructions.
• Conduct thorough quality checks both before and after installation.
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards during all fabrication and installation processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience (2-5 years) in indoor and outdoor signage installation.
• Hands-on knowledge of vinyl application, lamination, and graphic mounting.
• Proven experience with ACP cladding, channel letters, sign fabrication, and structural installations.
• Proficiency in using power tools and installation fixings.
• Ability to accurately read measurements, drawings, and production specifications.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working at heights and performing physical lifting as required.
• Willingness to travel for project installations when necessary.
