About the Role

شركة ماكس ستريتشر السعودية العربية للمقاولات is seeking a Building Construction Supervisor for a full-time position in Al Qunfidhah, Mecca Al-Mukarramah region. This role involves overseeing the execution of building projects and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the work plan and program for building construction projects, ensuring implementation aligns with specifications and executive programs.
• Measure completed works in coordination with the supervising building engineer.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive work reports.
• Study architectural and structural plans for buildings and tender documents to understand project requirements.
• Estimate material quantities and labor requirements for construction activities.
• Monitor building implementation procedures and activities, ensuring compliance with specified standards.
• Collect random samples of building materials and cement mixtures as directed by the supervising building engineer for laboratory testing to verify compliance with specifications.
• Document and maintain records of all work performed.

Project Oversight and Coordination

The Building Construction Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities adhere strictly to project specifications and established timelines. This involves close coordination with the supervising building engineer to conduct progress and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle. Effective management of material quantities and labor is crucial for successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in building construction supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to study and interpret architectural and structural plans.
• Familiarity with tender documents and construction specifications.

Work Environment and Compensation
