About the Client Support Specialist Role

ProForceHR is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The primary objective of this role is to deliver responsive assistance and cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and efficient problem resolution.

Key Contributions to Client Satisfaction

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely solutions and maintaining high service standards. This involves handling client interactions, offering accurate information, documenting service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve concerns. You will contribute to positive client experiences throughout every interaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and digital platforms.
• Provide accurate guidance and support tailored to client needs.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional approach.
• Record client interactions and ensure support systems are updated accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Adhere to established customer support procedures and service guidelines.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all clients.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvements.
• Manage multiple client requests effectively while meeting response targets.
• Support customer retention efforts through excellent service delivery.
