About the Role

Talentrix is seeking a Computer User Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role is suited for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are technology-focused and enjoy troubleshooting, assisting users, and providing reliable technical support.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software and hardware concerns, and guide users through solutions. This position contributes to effective IT operations by delivering responsive support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring users receive professional assistance to maintain productivity in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to users experiencing computer issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related problems.
• Assist users with account access, applications, and technical questions.
• Document support requests and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
• Provide guidance on basic technology usage.
• Monitor support tickets and follow up on open issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources.
• Support continuous improvement of user support processes.

Required Qualifications
