About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Life Support Training Center Instructor to join our team in Al Madinah (Medina), Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to delivering critical life support education and maintaining high standards within our healthcare facilities. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Life Support Training Center Instructor is responsible for the effective delivery and management of life support training programs. This includes active instruction, curriculum development support, and ensuring compliance with essential training standards for Fakeeh Healthcare staff, utilizing available resources efficiently.

Key Instructional Responsibilities

• Serve as an instructor for all Life Support Training Center (LSTC) programs and participate in required instructor training.
• Assist in developing and preparing curriculum and agendas for Basic and Advanced programs, including reference materials, slides, and evaluation tools.
• Administer written and performance evaluation tools to assess student performance and certification eligibility.
• Provide remediation for students as needed and issue course completion cards and certificates.
• Organize and implement Mock Code programs (BLS/ACLS/NRP) for Fakeeh Healthcare facility staff, including monitoring and documentation.
• Prepare classrooms and skill labs for teaching and testing, meeting clinical needs and aligning with staff rosters.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in both clinical and educational settings.
• Participate in outreach programs and assist in teaching life support programs at other healthcare organizations as assigned.

Operational Support and Compliance

• Maintain current licensure and ensure the organization and delivery of mandatory training to meet compliance standards, utilizing available resources effectively.
• Review current literature on intensive care and resuscitation; stay updated with new guidelines and develop networks with clinical specialists.
• Participate in adherence to infection control policies regarding equipment cleaning and assist in troubleshooting.
• Assist in the inventory management of all equipment necessary for LSTC services, ensuring compliance with Fakeeh Care quality and safety standards.
• Regularly meet with managers to review resuscitation training and monitor compliance levels.
• Collate test results in the SHA portal and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Utilize resources effectively to meet LSTC training goals and assist in the procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Attend regular meetings with unit directors and departmental meetings to support the planning and implementation of LSTC workflows and policies.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications from AHA and SHA.
