About the Role

Dallah Albaraka is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Medina. This full-time position is responsible for providing the initial point of contact and service to guests, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and support.

Role Overview

The Receptionist serves as the primary point of service for guests, handling inquiries, managing phone calls, and providing essential information. The role focuses on maintaining guest satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

Follow all relevant procedures to ensure consistent and controlled work execution.
Manage day-to-day hospitality operations related to the role to ensure continuity of service.
Assist guests with check-in procedures, including greeting, providing keys, and directing them to their rooms.
Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Ensure the reception area remains neat, tidy, and operates smoothly at all times, reflecting a professional image.
Receive and relay messages, identifying urgent communications and expediting responses.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle guest interactions professionally.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Medina. The role requires a consistent presence to manage daily reception operations and guest services.
