About the Role

ProForce HR is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on providing responsive assistance and building strong client relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.

Role Purpose

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for delivering reliable and professional support to clients. This involves managing inquiries, providing accurate information, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to overall client satisfaction by delivering timely solutions and maintaining high service standards in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and digital platforms.
Provide accurate guidance and support tailored to client needs.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional approach.
Record client interactions and update support systems accurately.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Adhere to established customer support procedures and service guidelines.
Maintain clear and timely communication with all clients.
Identify recurring issues and recommend service improvements.
Manage multiple client requests effectively while meeting response targets.
Support customer retention through consistent excellent service delivery.
