Role Summary: Compliance & Performance Manager

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Saudi National for a full-time Compliance & Performance Manager position within a Facilities Management company. This role is based in Al Ula, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing services for a prestigious client in the region.

About the Position

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive framework for contract compliance and performance management. The manager will ensure that all service providers meet their contractual obligations, adhere to applicable regulations, and deliver services consistent with agreed-upon standards for the client in Al Ula.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for contract compliance and performance management.
• Ensure service providers meet all contractual obligations and comply with relevant regulations.
