About the Role

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at project sites in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring construction works adhere to approved standards and schedules.

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction operations. This includes ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating site activities and reporting progress to the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site teams for efficient task completion and compliance with required standards.
Track project progress and ensure alignment with the construction schedule.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve site-related issues.
Inspect construction materials and completed works to ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
Monitor site requirements for materials, equipment, and tools, coordinating their availability as needed.
Prepare daily and periodic site progress reports, detailing completed activities, challenges, and delays.
Follow up on technical observations, corrective actions, and outstanding site issues.
Maintain proper site organization, housekeeping, and material storage.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and report construction progress and operational challenges to the project management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

2-5 years of experience in a similar site supervision role.
Willingness to work on-site in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active involvement in daily construction activities and coordination with various project teams and stakeholders.
