About the Role

Omar Al Zar'a Real Estate Development Company is seeking a visionary leader to serve as Executive Director. This role requires a proven leader with a deep understanding of the real estate sector, capable of driving company transformation and enhancing competitive capabilities. The position is based in Al Hafuf, Eastern Province, and is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and updating of the company's long-term strategy to achieve growth and development objectives, including the expansion into new real estate investment markets.
• Develop and implement sustainable real estate investment solutions, focusing on buildings, energy efficiency, environmental indicators, and ESG governance across all projects.
• Re-engineer and enhance the company's development plans to strengthen its technical and financial capabilities for developing diverse and large-scale projects efficiently.
• Oversee the formulation of financial strategies, analyze real estate market developments, and manage real estate assets and investments to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Establish an integrated governance system and a robust risk management framework covering financial, legal, and development risks to protect company assets and support sustainability.
• Lead negotiations and conclude strategic partnerships and collaborations with investors, development entities, government bodies, and the private sector.
• Ensure the completion of all project execution procedures through company platforms, adhering to the highest standards.
• Foster innovation and creativity within the real estate division and empower second-tier leadership to support continuous growth and development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Construction, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field. A Master's degree in Civil Engineering (MBA) or Real Estate Finance is advantageous.
• A minimum of 15 years of extensive and broad work experience in real estate development and investment.
• At least 5 years of experience in a CEO position or a direct leadership role within large real estate development companies or groups that have undergone significant growth.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing real estate developments and managing real estate assets and investments.
• Familiarity with financial, investment, and governance aspects pertinent to real estate development.
• Possession of a clear vision for implementing large-scale real estate development projects with high technical and developmental efficiency.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Al Hafuf, Eastern Province. The role involves leading strategic initiatives and overseeing diverse real estate development projects.
