About the Role

Omar Al Zar'a Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Manager Sales Logistics to join their team in Al Hafuf, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Role Overview

This managerial role involves a blend of direct sales execution and team leadership within the logistics and shipping sector. The position requires building a strong customer base, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the smooth commercial and shipping relationships between team members and clients. A key aspect of this role is personal involvement in closing deals, particularly during the establishment phase of business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and developing a customer base, focusing on factory and shipping clients.
• Managing the shipping and logistics team effectively.
• Personally closing deals, especially during the initial establishment phase.
• Managing commercial and shipping relationships between team members.
• Negotiating prices and terms to achieve optimal agreements with the team.
• Improving company performance and driving growth for enhanced cash flow efficiency.
• Training and leading the logistics team, setting their goals, and measuring their performance.
• Building and developing the sales pipeline and providing daily reports on expected closings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, logistics, or operations management within the Saudi market.
• Demonstrated functional relationship with shipping and logistics operations.
• Proven ability to close deals personally.
