As a part of our team, you will play a critical role in managing the Engineering store inventory efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for managing the inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, procurement of materials, and maintaining proper documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of all materials and spare parts.
  • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate requisitions.
  • Issue materials based on approved requests.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly inventory counts.
  • Liaise with the purchasing department for orders and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all stored items comply with safety regulations.
  • Maintain clean and organized store conditions.
  • Report safety incidents or equipment damage promptly.
  • Implement waste reduction and recycling practices.
  • Prepare reports on stock movements and inventory status.
  • Utilize computerized inventory systems for tracking.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in a hotel or engineering environment. Strong knowledge of inventory systems, MS Office, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

Additional Information:
Experience in project coordination and pre-opening stages is required. A proactive approach and commitment to safety and compliance are essential.
