Key Responsibilities:- Handle enquiries for bookings via phone during your shift, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
- Respond to all calls within 3 rings, utilizing the specified hotel greeting.
- Maximize sales opportunities by promoting hotel facilities and utilizing sound product knowledge.
- Assist the Front Office team, particularly during busy check-in and check-out periods.
- Address guest complaints and enquiries professionally and efficiently, keeping the Revenue & Reservation Manager informed of any feedback.
Qualifications:- Experience in reservations or customer service in a hotel setting.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; familiarity with OPERA Cloud is preferred.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to provide prompt and efficient service, with a focus on upselling.
