Qualifications:- Proven experience in HR Management and processes.
- Proficiency in Benefits Administration and HR policy development.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in the region.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
