Job Purpose: You will be responsible for managing the inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, procurement of materials, and maintaining proper documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of all materials and spare parts.
- Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials.
- Monitor stock levels and generate requisitions.
- Issue materials based on approved requests.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly inventory counts.
- Liaise with the purchasing department for orders and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all stored items comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and organized store conditions.
- Report safety incidents or equipment damage promptly.
- Implement waste reduction and recycling practices.
- Prepare reports on stock movements and inventory status.
- Utilize computerized inventory systems for tracking.
Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in a hotel or engineering environment. Strong knowledge of inventory systems, MS Office, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
Additional Information:Experience in project coordination and pre-opening stages is required. A proactive approach and commitment to safety and compliance are essential.
