Role Description:
This full-time, on-site position in Buraydah, Al Qasim, requires a Travel Sales Consultant who will:
- Manage travel arrangements and provide expert travel consulting services.
- Make reservations and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate travel plans and offer tailored recommendations to clients.
- Proficiency in travel consulting, with knowledge of travel destinations and itineraries.
- Competency in travel management and efficient handling of travel arrangements.
- Experience in the Saudi market is a must.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus - Sabre) is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience with reservations, bookings, and managing travel-related documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Knowledge of global travel regulations and industry trends is a plus.
