- Uphold professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
- Communicate effectively across all levels and teams.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in meetings and training to align with our wellness philosophy.
- Support business targets while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
Key Operational Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests and team members to designated locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of resort vehicles.
- Follow traffic regulations and resort policies to ensure safety.
- Assist guests with luggage, creating a welcoming experience.
- Manage scheduled trips and respond to special guest requests efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driving license for the required vehicle category.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
Work Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in luxury environments.
- Experience with multicultural teams is an advantage.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of local traffic laws and safety standards.
- Familiarity with hospitality transportation procedures.
