The Lobby Ambassador Role

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to join its team in Tabuk, specifically for the Fairmont The Red Sea property. This full-time role is open to Saudi Nationals and involves serving as a primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with inquiries, provide directions, offer hotel information, and give local recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• Escort VIPs, long-stay guests, and special occasion guests as required.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests.
• Support service recovery efforts by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring timely resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events.
