About the Role

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Quality Professional to join its team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and requires an experienced individual to contribute to the organization's quality management framework.

Role Overview

The Senior Quality Professional will be responsible for the comprehensive management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves ensuring compliance with international standards, supporting operational quality across projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within processes and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Maintain and manage organizational certification and accreditation, including ISO 9001, supporting compliance and audit readiness.
• Plan, conduct, and support internal, external, and supplier audits, including preparation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Manage system-level non-conformances, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational quality matters across projects.
• Support Customer Quality Management, including engagement, quality reviews, COFC, and resolution of issues.
• Develop, maintain, and govern the Business Management System (BMS), ensuring controlled documentation, accurate records, and process compliance.
• Support Stamp Authorization and Governance, ensuring accountability, integrity, and preventing single points of failure.
• Provide operational Contract Quality Support, reviewing and interpreting quality clauses for implementation.
• Participate in safety and quality investigations, ensuring outcomes are captured and applied.
• Identify, implement, and track Continuous Improvement initiatives within processes and operations.
• Provide compliance and performance reports, highlighting risks, issues, and opportunities for management and project teams.
• Support governance and quality forums and meetings, including audit opening/closure, customer reviews, and functional process meetings.
• Deputize for other Quality personnel when required, covering multiple functional areas if needed.
• Track and follow up on all operational quality actions, ensuring closure and documentation.
• Assist in preparation and delivery of training related to quality and assurance for teams and contractors.
• Support operational readiness for audits and inspections including liaison with external parties and internal teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years’ Quality experience within a military, regulated, or industrial environment (Essential).
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and operational quality support activities.
• Understanding of RSAF / Military / BAESSA / BAESAI governance frameworks and Quality Management Systems (Essential).
• Knowledge of internationally recognized standards and regulatory frameworks (*, ISO, aviation, training authorities) (Essential).
• Awareness of Project Management principles and techniques (Desirable).

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with RSAF or civilian personnel.
• Experience working with Saudi Nationals, coupled with an awareness of cultural norms and sensitivities.
• Ability to live and work within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
