This full-time position is based in Tabuk, specifically in Umluj or Tabuk, and requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Warehouse supports the efficient operation of the Golf Division warehouse. This involves overseeing inventory management, storage, receiving, issuing, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for golf course maintenance and operations. The role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with safety regulations, cost control, and consistent supply to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including supervising receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment.
  • Implement and maintain proper inventory control procedures, monitor stock levels, and initiate replenishment requests to prevent shortages.
  • Verify that all received goods match purchase orders and delivery documentation, ensuring timely issuance of materials to relevant teams.
  • Maintain effective warehouse organization and housekeeping standards.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits, maintaining accurate records within the ERP or inventory management system.
  • Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory, recommending corrective actions, and optimizing inventory levels to minimize carrying costs.
  • Track and manage critical spare parts inventories for irrigation and golf maintenance equipment.
  • Coordinate with Procurement for timely replenishment and assist in preparing material forecasts based on operational requirements.
  • Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and vendor deliveries, coordinating with suppliers regarding schedules and discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of fertilizers, turf chemicals, pesticides, lubricants, fuels, and hazardous materials, monitoring shelf-life and compliance.
  • Maintain records of chemical usage and storage in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, monitoring productivity and compliance with procedures.
  • Assist in training warehouse personnel on inventory management systems and safe work practices.
  • Prepare inventory, consumption, stock valuation, and warehouse performance reports, analyzing trends and recommending optimization measures.
  • Report stock discrepancies and operational concerns to management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of inventory control procedures and warehouse best practices.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to material handling and storage, including hazardous materials.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and analyzing data.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Tabuk, with work primarily conducted in Umluj or Tabuk. The role involves working within the Golf Division warehouse, supporting maintenance and operational teams.
