Role Summary: Assistant Security Manager

Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a detail-oriented and decisive Assistant Security Manager to join its security team in Umluj, Tabuk. This full-time position involves supporting the Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and assets. The Assistant Security Manager will oversee daily security operations, manage security personnel, and implement comprehensive security protocols across the luxury resort property.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with Saudi Arabian regulations and international hospitality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and conducting regular briefings on security procedures and incident response.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems, to ensure optimal functionality and coverage across the property.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and decisiveness, documenting all incidents and preparing detailed reports.
• Patrol the resort property regularly to ensure compliance with security protocols and identify potential security risks.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and personnel records.
• Assist in organizing security training programs and drills for staff and guests.
• Analyze security data and trends to optimize security operations and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabian security regulations and company policies.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a security management role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Experience in pre-opening stages is essential, including project coordination, scheduling, and document control.
