About the Role: Kids Club Entertainer/Animator

Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a Kids Club Entertainer/Animator for a full-time position. This role is central to delivering engaging, safe, and personalized experiences for children and their families within the Kids Club, upholding the resort's luxury hospitality standards. The position requires 0-1 years of experience, with a specific emphasis on pre-opening experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized, and professional service to children and parents, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Organize and lead daily entertainment programs, including games, arts & crafts, educational activities, storytelling, sports, and themed events.
• Conduct indoor and outdoor recreational activities suitable for various age groups and participate in resort events and seasonal programs.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children under supervision, adhering to child protection, safeguarding, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate registration and sign-in/sign-out procedures, reporting any accidents, incidents, or guest concerns to management promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of Kids Club facilities, ensuring toys, equipment, and activity materials are properly maintained and sanitized.
• Monitor inventory levels of activity supplies, report replenishment needs, and support Kids Club opening and closing procedures.
• Assist other recreation operations when required.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Mandatory experience in pre-opening stages, including project coordination, scheduling, and document control.
• Demonstrated understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
• A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move actively for extended periods.
• Ability to participate in sports, dancing, games, and outdoor activities.
• Capability to lift and carry activity materials when required.

Work Environment and Collaboration

The Kids Club Entertainer/Animator will collaborate closely with various resort departments, including Recreation, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences. This role involves active participation in departmental meetings and training sessions, contributing positively to the overall resort culture through teamwork.
