Role Overview

Daa International is seeking a Terminal Operations and Guests Experience Duty Manager to join its team in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing terminal operations during assigned shifts, ensuring operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture. The Duty Manager will also coordinate with stakeholders and deliver an outstanding guest experience aligned with luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless passenger flow across all terminal touchpoints.
Manage shift operations, workforce deployment, operational readiness, and effective handovers to maintain service continuity.
Act as the primary operational decision-maker during the assigned shift, managing incidents, disruptions, delays, diversions, and escalations.
Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, security agencies, government authorities, and service providers to ensure smooth terminal operations.
Monitor terminal facilities, systems, equipment, and passenger processing areas to ensure readiness and operational efficiency.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving escalated complaints, supporting VIP/VVIP journeys, and driving service excellence initiatives.
Utilize Terminal Operations Control (TOC) processes to maintain situational awareness, manage escalations, and support operational reporting.
Lead, coach, and support frontline teams while ensuring compliance with company policies, training requirements, grooming standards, and performance expectations.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and operational requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and provide recommendations to enhance operational performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Saudi National.
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field.
Minimum 0-1 years of experience in aviation and airport operations, including operational management and stakeholder engagement.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
